Role Overview

Innovior is a leading boutique Digital Transformation consultancy expanding its commercial team. This Senior Account Executive role is a true hybrid, offering access to warm accounts from day one and the freedom to hunt new logos across any industry. Backed by Probe CX (ANZ’s largest BPO provider), you will have access to a massive established client base to cross-sell solutions into.

What You Will Do

Drive commercial growth by managing, nurturing, and expanding a portfolio of established warm accounts. Proactively hunt and secure new logos across various industries, navigating and closing complex multi-solution deals encompassing AI, Data, Salesforce, and Staff Augmentation. Leverage the broader Probe CX client base for cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with technical and delivery teams to map solutions to client challenges.

Requirements

• Strategic mindset to leverage expanded capability suite and cross-sell into an established base
