People Operations Manager

InPlanet is a mission-driven, remote-first ClimateTech startup looking for a People Operations Manager to strengthen and scale their People function. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and high-quality core People processes as the company grows.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders or leadership teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from idea to execution
