Role Overview
Inspira Education Group, a fast-growing edtech startup, is seeking a strategic and collaborative Sales Enablement Manager to help scale its go-to-market organization. This role partners across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, Recruiting, and Learning & Development to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, processes, and content needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business results. What You Will Do
Design, build, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time and strengthen product knowledge, consultative selling, and objection handling. Analyze sales performance trends, conversion data, and call recordings to identify best practices and create repeatable playbooks. Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Experience teams to develop sales playbooks, enablement content, and readiness plans for product launches. Own the organization and maintenance of sales enablement content, including playbooks, call scripts, and competitive battle cards, and manage enablement tooling for easy access to resources.
