INSTANDA is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its UK/EMEA team, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, leveraging digital engagement tools, and building relationships with prospects across the insurance and Insurtech space.
Requirements
- Generate and qualify leads through digital outreach and data-driven prospecting
- Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and target prospects
- Create personalised outreach via email, social, video, and calls
- Maintain and optimise CRM data
- Collaborate with the EMEA Sales team to book and prepare discovery calls
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics
