Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at InsureOne, a part of Confie, the #1 ranked Top 50 Personal Lines Agency in Insurance Journal. The Sales Manager will supervise the sales team, expand business by building relationships with existing customers, and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer care. The role requires a proven track record of generating new business sales or retaining existing business, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will supervise the sales team’s daily performance, expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers, coach the team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently, and oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Property & Casualty license
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance sales or service experience
• 3+ years of Staff Management experience
• Minimum 1 year of Commercial Lines experience
• Proven track record of generating new business sales or retaining existing business
