• Strong customer engagement, account management, and opportunity management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth and customer profitability
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and maintain strong internal relationships
• Good planning, reporting, follow-up, and pipeline-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or sales tracking systems
