We are hiring a Senior Executive Business Development to develop business for at least 200K new annual net revenue, take client briefs, learn products and services, and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Develop business for at least 200K new annual net revenue for specific business units as per the strategic direction of management
- Take client brief and ask relevant questions to understand the core requirement of clients
- Learn all products and services by heart and mind to confidently represent any product on your own
- Maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients and know about clients business
- Generate leads and qualify them for specific business units
- Open business opportunities from qualified leads and engage appropriate practice teams to address clients need
- Manage pro-active and invitation-based pitches by coordinating with all relevant teams
- Negotiate with clients to close opportunities, work on commercial contracts and agreements for new clients
- Maintain and update sales report through Sales Force and any other reporting required for forecasting and business development
