Role Overview

Integr8staff seeks a Legal Marketing & Business Development Expert to support and advance the firm’s strategic growth initiatives firmwide.

What You Will Do

Partner with attorneys to develop and execute business development plans, manage marketing strategies, and identify opportunities for client growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Five (5)+ years of marketing and/or business development experience within a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of the legal industry
• Proven ability to build relationships and work with attorneys and firm leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strategic, practical, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Resourceful, self-directed, and able to influence effectively without direct authority
