FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

Support company growth and optimal financial outcomes as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Participate in key performance indicator design, create budget vs. actual analyses, financial statement analysis, and internal benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience at a government contracting organization
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and evaluate financial data
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
