Sales Operations Specialist

Position Summary

Provides operational support to sales leadership by driving initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the sales organization. Coordinates and supports projects focused on improving sales processes, optimizing workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Partners with key stakeholders to develop and maintain processes, procedures, and systems that support the sales function and contribute to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales management through the coordination and execution of operational initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Plan and manage projects designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures that support the sales lifecycle and overall sales strategy.
• Participate in the definition and development of requirements for sales support tools, systems, and technologies.
• Maintain and analyze sales activity data to support performance tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide operational insights that help drive business results.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales-related information, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
