Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM & Content Analyst to join the Global Growth team at Banco Inter, with the mission of supporting the company’s global expansion. The focus will be on designing, executing, and optimizing CRM and content strategies for Marketplace and International Loans (Mortgage) products, contributing to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention on a global scale.
What You Will Do
Your work will center on balancing customer experience, channel efficiency, and business outcomes, working closely with the Product and Data teams. Responsibilities include liaising communication, customer experience, and roadmap with the Product team and stakeholders, ensuring a robust communication calendar and planning new tests and automations.

Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion funnel metrics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, RD Station, HubSpot) and data/analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills
