Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer at Imagine Believe Realize, LLC (IBR), you will play a key role in designing and implementing secure, next-generation solutions that support critical missions. You will collaborate with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and forward-thinking, while remaining aligned with organizational and program goals.

What You Will Do

Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform, utilize custom coding capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web Components) to implement technical solutions where necessary, integrate Salesforce based solutions with external systems, and participate in sprint planning and sprint review meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ professional Salesforce development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, or IT related field
• Active Secret security clearance preferred
• Salesforce development experience required
• Experience with Lightning and APEX
• Experience with designing, building, and implementing custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce Platform
• One or more Salesforce related certifications
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification or must be willing to obtain
