Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will be a member of the FP&A department, supporting the European manufacturing & service sites. The job owner will be involved in developing and standardizing controlling and reporting tools to support effective decision-making.

What You Will Do

Prepare and track monthly and quarterly financials, drive expense and capital forecasts, and perform active cost controlling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or similar, ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Controlling
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in controlling/financial planning & analysis
• Experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of international accounting (US-GAAP) is a plus
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Experience with financial planning and reporting systems; Tableau, Anaplan, and SQL are a plus
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, structured thinking, and curiosity
• High level of integrity, commitment, and ethics
• Good energy level and active participation in improving the business based on data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, structured work approach
