Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute marketing programs across our companies and brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple projects, budgets, vendors, deadlines, and details while independently driving projects through completion.

What You Will Do

Manage 10+ marketing projects and programs simultaneously, develop and manage the annual marketing budget, plan and coordinate advertising, manage contests and promotions, provide ongoing support for company websites and apps, and coordinate marketing materials and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing, marketing program management, project management, or related experience
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with digital advertising and Google programs
• Experience with budgets, advertising, vendors, events, promotions, or customer programs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience serving as the face of the company to customers and the community
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team management experience
• Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment
