Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting commercial growth by preparing, managing and optimizing client contracts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure contractual accuracy, compliance and efficient execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in contract management, business development support or a similar role
• Expertise in contract processes, contract language and their business implications
• Ability to draft and modify contractual clauses with confidence and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Strong follow-up skills, responsiveness and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Business acumen and the ability to understand and support organizational objectives
