Role Overview

Shape and execute enterprise, portfolio and growth strategy, translating corporate priorities into clear choices, roadmaps and value-creation plans. Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, investment priorities and strategic trade-offs to inform enterprise decision-making.

What You Will Do

Lead corporate development and M&A initiatives, develop rigorous market analyses, business cases and financial models, mobilise cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, establish governance, performance measures and risk disciplines, influence senior stakeholders and external partners, build and lead high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline required; MBA preferred
  • At least 12 years’ experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A or transformation, including senior leadership accountability
  • Proven leadership of enterprise, portfolio and growth strategy, together with M&A execution across assessment, diligence, valuation, transaction and integration
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including market assessment, business case development, valuation and financial modelling
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver strategic, financial and operational outcomes
  • Applied AI expertise, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to strengthen analysis, productivity and decision-making
  • Experience in data architecture, technology strategy and product engineering, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Executive-level communication, influence and judgement, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
