Manager – Data Operations – ESG

We are hiring for a Manager – Data Operations – ESG role in Mumbai, India. The candidate will lead a team of analysts, manage workflow queues, and develop methodology and procedures manuals for data collection. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Geology, or a similar field, and at least 5-8 years of relevant experience, including leading a small team.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Geology, or similar field of study.
• A minimum of 5-8 years relevant working experience in a high-quality and hard deadline-driven environment, with at least 3 year leading a small team.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and/or ESG is an advantage.
• Good judgment in assessing available information and understanding the downstream effects of data decisions on final product outputs.
• Effectiveness in working with cross-functional teams.
• Takes pride in developing people.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, independent, results-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of ownership.
• Must be willing to work on a flexible shift schedule.
