Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience managing data platforms on the Alicloud cloud.
• Proven ability to set up and manage data monitoring and incident resolution.
• Technical proficiency in Alicloud and managed data services, Elastic, Dataiku, PowerBI, Denodo.
• Experience in IT support covering incident, change, and request management.
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices.
• Fluent in English, with experience working in a multi-country team.
• Strong technical and functional curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce rigorous documentation and detailed procedures.
