Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience managing data platforms on the Alicloud cloud.
- Proven ability to set up and manage data monitoring and incident resolution.
- Technical proficiency in Alicloud and managed data services, Elastic, Dataiku, PowerBI, Denodo.
- Experience in IT support covering incident, change, and request management.
- Solid understanding of IT security best practices.
- Fluent in English, with experience working in a multi-country team.
- Strong technical and functional curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to produce rigorous documentation and detailed procedures.
