Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to partner with Sales and Marketing to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enable insight-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

Lead and optimize sales operations strategy, own data, analytics, and reporting, standardize and enhance sales processes, and translate data into growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a technical field (CS/IS)
  • 3–5 years of sales operations experience in a manufacturing environment, including direct sales and distribution models
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through scalable processes, tools, and analytics
  • Administer level experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred), and analytic/reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
  • Experience coaching and developing teams to build data-driven capabilities
