Role Overview
The company is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the systems that decide which German businesses iwoca reaches, and the journey they take from first click to submitted loan application. The team is being built, and the role sits between iwoca’s German commercial teams and the technical squad that builds for them.
What You Will Do
The Growth Product Manager will own the funnel from first visit to application, set the roadmap for acquisition and the signup journey, and decide what the squad builds next. They will also build with their technical squad, ship lead scoring systems, eligibility checkers, and signup flows.

The role requires someone intellectually curious, skilled at asking the right questions, and able to act as the product voice on modelling work. The team is looking for someone who can turn the commercial strategy team’s goals into testable hypotheses and brief the squad can act on.
