Role Overview
The role focuses on owning, scaling, and optimizing the Conga CPQ ecosystem to streamline quote-to-cash workflows. The successful candidate will blend deep technical CPQ expertise with proactive problem-solving to translate complex sales operations needs into seamless automated designs.
What You Will Do
Administer, maintain, and continuously optimize enterprise Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Quote-to-Cash systems to support the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Optimize CPQ functionality through continuous workflow automation, platform enhancement, and data reporting to streamline seller operations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce CRM administration, hands-on experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) / Quote-to-Cash applications, and an associate’s degree or higher. Industry certifications relating to Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Conga, or Salesforce are a plus.
