We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of brand & category strategies for the Ukrainian market in alignment with global direction. The role involves driving end-to-end marketing activities, owning full portfolio strategy, leveraging data and insights, and building a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in marketing leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams
• Solid experience in FMCG marketing
• Strong expertise in brand building, portfolio management, and full marketing mix execution
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
