Sr Financial Analyst Glb Product Costing

We are JDE Peet’s, the world’s leading pure-play coffee company, serving approximately 4,400 cups of coffee per second in more than 100 markets. As a Senior Financial Analyst – Global Product Costing, you will coordinate and guide a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of total COGS for forecasts and planning cycles. You will also drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Product Costing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product cost calculations across markets and categories.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
• +5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Product Costing, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
• Experience or strong interest in coordinating complex financial processes and working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement cost drivers
• Experience in Product Costing or Standard Costing is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
