People Operations Specialist (all genders)

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to ensure HR runs smoothly, scales, and gets better. The ideal candidate will develop our People Experience, handle day-to-day operations, and think forward to simplify and automate processes with smart tools and AI.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in operational HR / People Operations
• Knowledge of the Employee Lifecycle from practice
• Experience with HR systems, ideally with Personio, and digital HR tools
• Ability to think in solutions, develop processes, and implement improvements independently
• Strong affinity for data, processes, and HR administration
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and at eye level
