Financial Planning and Analysis – Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Conduct financial analyses, maintain complex financial models and databases, and consolidate financial data from multiple sources. Develop operational KPIs and management reports, and support freight analysis and month-end close activities.

What You Will Do

Prepare operational and non-financial reports, assist with consolidated budgets and forecasts, and perform ad hoc analyses. Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with internal departments.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent discipline, and 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a similar role
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and financial statements
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP software and Hubble is considered an asset
• Bilingual in English & French
