Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and reporting on cross-functional projects. They will create a framework for project management excellence and lead a team to achieve project goals and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working at a technology company or B2B software company
• Experience managing backlogs and complex projects using project management tooling, Jira preferred
• Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills; managing change; goal setting; project management and problem solving
• Self-starter that takes ownership and accountability
• Motivated, continuous learner with a strong technical aptitude
• HS Diploma / GED Degree
• 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related major
