Role Overview
The Growth Lead will own the region’s performance strategy, prioritize accounts and opportunities, and connect business needs with Product priorities. The team works closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Tech to improve campaign performance and advertiser outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Growth Lead will own Growth’s performance strategy for the region, lead and mentor a team of Growth Analysts, and stay close to campaign execution. They will also monitor regional and account performance, connect business needs with Product priorities, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand advertiser objectives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in performance advertising, AdTech, or growth, with hands-on ownership of campaign strategy, optimization, and results. They will also have experience leading or mentoring analysts, setting priorities, and developing team members through coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in performance advertising, AdTech, or growth
- Experience in mobile advertising, programmatic media, or a DSP is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring analysts
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using BI tools
- Solid understanding of mobile measurement and attribution
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics such as CPA and ROAS
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments
- Clear communication and ability to align stakeholders
- Advanced English, both written and spoken, and Spanish or Portuguese for collaboration across teams
