Associate BI Analyst – Teknosys

The Associate BI Analyst will be part of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Practice, supporting the design, development, and operation of enterprise BI solutions. This role is ideal for an early-career BI professional who has prior exposure to analytics projects and is eager to grow hands-on expertise across dashboards, data modelling, and BI platforms.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, master’s degree is a plus
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Qlik)
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytical data structures
• Familiarity with data modelling techniques (Star, Snowflake schemas)
• Basic understanding of ETL/ELT processes and BI tool integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to explain analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical and BI tool certifications is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or other recognized analytics certifications)
