Expert Growth Analytics will drive overarching JLV platform-level analytics and customer lifecycle management, centralizing data to monitor unified KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in business intelligence, product and data analytics, or customer lifecycle management.
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Analytics/Advance Analytics
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and digital analytics platforms
- Experience working with CRM and lifecycle platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, or Clevertap) to monitor user journeys
