Field Marketing Manager – France (m/f/d) driving regional growth across France and Romandy, responsible for full regional field marketing strategy and execution, collaborating with sales and partners, running ABM and events, and continuously optimising performance with a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
- Over 8 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- At least 4 years’ experience in field marketing
- Degree in marketing, business, or equivalent qualification
- Strong hands-on mentality with motivation, creativity, and energy for exceeding goals
- Skilled in project management skills across campaigns, events, and collaboration with different teams
- Proven track record of generating marketing-driven pipeline
- Experienced in managing budgets, KPIs and reporting to revenue leaders
- Proficient in using Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense and other martech tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently across all management levels and functions
- Adaptability to work together across different time zones
