Field Marketing Specialist – Asia

Role Overview

Support marketing activities across Asia, working closely with regional leaders, business development teams, and technical experts to strengthen brand awareness, support client engagement, and contribute to business growth.

Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, work closely with regional leaders and technical experts, and manage a range of activities including content development, events, digital marketing initiatives, and email campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study
• 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector or a related professional services consulting environment
• Professional working proficiency in Korean, English, and Mandarin
• Technical writing and marketing copywriting experience
• Demonstrated experience with creating and managing content for social media platforms
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve marketing outcomes and campaign performance
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality control review, copywriting, grammatical, and proofreading skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to deadline
• Ability to be client-focused, both internal and external, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise a high workload, and meet tight timelines
• Strong understanding of brand elements and guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 and virtual meeting platforms
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Email Marketing Platforms, and Digital Asset Management Tools
• Understanding of SEO best practices and marketing success metrics
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics)
