Role Overview
The Financial Analyst supports sound financial management and decision-making by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial data; monitoring budgets and expenditures; preparing forecasts, projections, and management reports; and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that affect financial performance.
What You Will Do
Produces financial reports to various stakeholders, participates in the development of the departmental fiscal year annual operating budget, interprets and reviews financial data, and prepares findings from research, analyses, and assessments for the department leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- SAP experience
- Budgeting and forecasting software experience
- Experience working with international offices and contacts
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Expert in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to provide interpretation of organizational policies with clarity
- Work as a team player and foster relationships
- Proactively contributes during peak periods
- French or Spanish speaker – an advantage
