Digital Business Product Operations & Testing Lead

Role Overview

The Digital Business Product Operations & Testing Lead will support the operating discipline and business testing responsibilities for the GS Interaction Model product portfolio. The role will work across Business Product Owners, product managers, business analysts, technology teams, testers, experience partners, service delivery teams, and functional stakeholders to improve planning, execution, traceability, readiness, quality, and product performance.

What You Will Do

The individual will coordinate repeatable product operations practices and provide hands-on support for test planning, scenario development, user acceptance testing, defect management, launch readiness, product documentation, and post-launch validation. The role will also prepare portfolio dashboards, product reviews, governance materials, leadership updates, and consolidated views of progress, risks, quality, readiness, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Product Management, Operations, Quality, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital product operations, software or business testing, quality assurance, business analysis, release management, product support, or a related discipline
• Experience supporting digital products or enterprise platforms through planning, requirements, testing, release readiness, launch, stabilization, and ongoing operations
• Experience developing or coordinating test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, test data, execution, evidence, defect management, and completion reporting
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and working with business testers, Business Product Owners, developers, analysts, and technical testing teams
• Ability to connect requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business processes, and customer journeys to appropriate testing and traceability
• Working knowledge of agile product delivery, backlog management, release management, change control, defect lifecycle, risk management, and product-performance practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy, quality, dependencies, and follow-through
• Ability to synthesize detailed testing and operational information into concise status, risk, readiness, and decision-oriented communications
• Ability to manage multiple products, releases, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a large, complex, matrixed organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Genesys, ServiceNow, test-management tools, reporting platforms, or comparable product-delivery technologies
