Senior Financial Analyst-BUF Quality (TO&R)

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership to the Corporate Quality organization, leading BUF and FP&A support for Enterprise Quality Systems, consolidating financial results, and serving as a trusted Finance partner to Quality, TO&R, Segment Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead BUF and FP&A support for Enterprise Quality Systems, consolidate financial results, and provide financial governance for the Digital Roadmap and Lifecycle Management portfolios.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience, including demonstrated ownership of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, period close activities, and variance analysis in a complex, matrixed organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing both operating expenses and capital budgets
• Strong financial modeling and business-case capabilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with enterprise planning, ERP, reporting, or project tools such as SAP, AFO, Fiori, Cadency, Anaplan, or Planisware is preferred
