Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking the organization’s financial performance and offering financial guidance to Distribution business partners. The role requires strong technical finance capabilities and demonstrated business partnership. The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key member of the Global Distribution Finance leadership team and will have high visibility across senior leadership teams.
What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst will ensure that financial commitments are met by advising distribution, warehousing, and transportation teams in budget management and resource allocation while proactively identifying opportunities to optimize expenditures and capital investments. The role requires completing financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis of complex financial data that will help influence decision and set strategy.

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance; an MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of finance business experience is required, with strong technical finance capabilities and demonstrated business partnership.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think creatively, work effectively in a team environment, and anticipate changing business requirements across a large, complex landscape is required.
- Demonstrated digital fluency, including the ability to leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to improve decision-making, drive productivity, and enable business transformation, is required.
