Role Overview
The role involves leading a team of specialists, overseeing a complex portfolio across EMEA and APAC regions, and establishing governance frameworks to drive process standardization and successful program delivery.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a central PMO team, designing and enforcing PMO governance frameworks, and developing and maintaining portfolio dashboards and KPI frameworks.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience as a PMO and Program Leader
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary PMO teams
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-portfolio programs across various geographies
