Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic Director of Business Development to lead the expansion and growth of our Property Management line in Mexico. This executive position will play a fundamental role in strengthening our presence in the industrial market and capturing new business opportunities at the national level.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will develop and implement commercial strategies to drive the accelerated growth of the Property Management line, focusing primarily on industrial parks and high-value commercial assets. They will identify, generate, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients, developers, and owners of world-class industrial portfolios.
