Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager leads proposal strategy and pitch preparation for the region’s commercial real estate business pursuits. This role partners with brokers to develop win themes, shape compelling narratives, and coordinate the end-to-end production of RFP responses and client presentations.
What You Will Do
Brings creative concepts and fresh visual ideas to customized proposals, RFP responses, and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals. Designs and produces pitch decks and presentation materials in InDesign that support creative differentiation and storytelling at the point of sale.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience; commercial real estate or adjacent industry experience preferred
- Advanced InDesign skills required; proficient in the broader Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working directly with brokers and senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of and commitment to client service
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strategic and design thinking with a business development mindset
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate research, drafting, and proposal production
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and adopt new tools
