The Market Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain comprehensive market research and data management systems to inform and strengthen business development strategies. The ideal candidate will develop deep expertise in the local office market while managing critical data related to tenants, properties, market activity, and strategic business opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly
