JLL is looking for a Specialist Marketing Analytics role to support marketing analytics endeavors in building and developing KPI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Marketing data analytics and a breadth of transferable skills.
Requirements
- Analyze multi-channel campaign performance across key regions, identifying optimisation opportunities and presenting findings to both internal teams and clients
- Create custom dashboards and automated reporting systems for each client account, ensuring real-time visibility into KPIs and campaign performance
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research across various industries to inform strategic recommendations and pitch proposals
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing to test and measure the effectiveness of different creative formats, and audience targeting strategies
- Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance and recommend budget allocation across channels
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across email, social media, PPC, and display advertising campaigns
- Standardize reporting processes across accounts while maintaining flexibility for custom client needs
- Optimize Google Tag Manager configurations across multiple digital properties, ensuring accurate data collection and tag governance
