Lead Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Lead Developer, IS AFH – Salesforce CRM & Integrations, supports the Smucker Information Services (IS) department by designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions and enterprise integrations. This role serves as the technical lead for the Salesforce platform, including custom development, automation, security, and integrations between Salesforce, the AFH AWS Data Lake, marketing platforms, and other business-critical systems.

What You Will Do

Lead technical support and development for the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform by delivering solutions, supporting and maintaining existing solutions, and driving process excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a developer
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency with AWS services
• Proficiency with Python, GitHub Actions, SQL, and modern software development practices
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations
• Experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, authentication methods, and security best practices
