Role Overview

This is a strategic, high-impact sales role focused on driving new business and expanding enterprise relationships across global markets. The role blends consultative selling with deep stakeholder engagement across both business and IT decision-makers.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations, primarily across technology-driven transformation initiatives. You will work on complex sales cycles involving consulting, cloud, AI, and enterprise transformation solutions.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, account management, or technology consulting sales
  • Proven experience selling into international markets, with strong exposure to enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling
  • Experience selling technology consulting or digital transformation services across areas such as Oracle SaaS, Salesforce, Cloud Services, Databricks, AI & Analytics, or enterprise consulting
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and pipeline generation goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business decision-makers
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Experience working in distributed or offshore/onshore delivery environments is preferred
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly result-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones, aligned with business hours as required
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events when needed
