Role Overview

You will act as the primary post-sale partner for enterprise utility customers, ensuring they successfully adopt and expand the use of cutting-edge digital twin technology within their operations.
What You Will Do
Lead the full post-sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion across enterprise utility accounts. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, embedding advanced digital twin technology into operational workflows such as grid analysis, risk assessment, and investment planning.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or similar client-facing enterprise roles.
- Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering SaaS, or similarly technical industries is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to engage with both technical stakeholders (engineers, analysts) and senior executives, translating between technical and business language.
- Fluent in Romanian with strong professional English communication skills.
- Experience working with data-driven platforms, technical products, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 20–40%) for customer engagement and relationship building.
