Role Overview
This role is focused on creating new business opportunities by connecting with companies that need recruitment and selection services. The position combines strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative sales activities.
What You Will Do
Drive outbound and inbound prospecting activities, identify companies with hiring needs, and create qualified sales opportunities. Conduct outreach through multiple channels, qualify leads, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales closing team.

- Self-discipline and autonomy to perform effectively in a remote environment
