Role Overview

This role is focused on ensuring the successful execution of customer renewals across a portfolio of contracts and subscriptions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will act as a key coordination point between internal teams, distributors, and customer success stakeholders to ensure renewal activities are accurate, timely, and well-structured.

What You Will Do

You will support the end-to-end execution of renewal activities, ensuring accurate tracking, coordination, and delivery of customer contract renewals across assigned accounts. You will also coordinate with distributors and internal stakeholders to initiate, track, and manage renewal proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in renewals, contract management, customer success operations, or sales operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Strong ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
