Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, or a related discipline, including demonstrated experience leading teams.
- Proven ownership of marketing automation and CRM ecosystems and the processes connecting these platforms to the broader go-to-market organization.
- Strong experience with funnel management, campaign operations, lifecycle and journey orchestration, and cross-functional operating model improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives while managing competing priorities, vendor relationships, dependencies, and executive communications.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo or comparable marketing automation systems, analytics and BI platforms, data enrichment solutions, workflow automation tools, and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Strong commercial judgment and a clear understanding of how marketing operations, technology, data, and process contribute to pipeline generation and customer growth.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to create clarity and alignment across teams with competing priorities.
- A systems-oriented and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify root causes and build durable, scalable solutions.
- Strong judgment around the practical application of automation and AI, distinguishing high-value opportunities from unnecessary complexity.
- Demonstrated talent-development capabilities and the ability to build accountable, collaborative, high-performing teams.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or similarly complex global marketing environment is preferred.
