Role Overview

This position combines business intelligence, financial modeling, forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic project support to support revenue growth by connecting business data, operational performance, and decision-making.

What You Will Do

Develop recurring reports on operational and business performance, analyze large volumes of data, monitor key business performance indicators, and develop strategic initiatives to improve operational performance, revenue growth, and business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
• Relevant professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, business operations, or a comparable analytical environment.
• Experience working on strategic and cross-functional projects involving multiple business areas.
• Solid experience analyzing business performance indicators, building financial models, and developing results projections or forecasts.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex business problems using data.
• Ability to transform large and complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analyses and recommendations clearly and strategically to different stakeholders and organizational levels.
• Ability to work with autonomy, take ownership of complex analyses, and effectively prioritize business-impacting initiatives.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management, particularly for cross-functional initiatives, is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting, business intelligence tools, or other technologies used for querying, extracting, and analyzing data is desirable.
• Experience with SaaS metrics, data architecture, and data flows is advantageous.
• Strong storytelling and data visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear executive narratives, are a plus.
• Experience validating business hypotheses and conducting business experiments is desirable.
