Role Overview
This role is responsible for transforming in-person engagement into a measurable growth driver across events, experiential campaigns, and customer marketing initiatives. You will own the full field marketing strategy, including industry conferences, proprietary events, and targeted account-based experiences designed to generate pipeline and deepen customer relationships.
What You Will Do
Own and execute the end-to-end field marketing strategy, lead planning and delivery of a major annual conference, design and run account-based experiential campaigns, develop repeatable event and field marketing playbooks, and build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline through in-person or hybrid marketing programs
- Experience managing end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendor management, and budget ownership
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
