Role Overview

This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on accelerating revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across a key regional territory. The role combines hands-on field engagement with high-level strategic planning, including frequent travel to support partner enablement, customer engagement, and market expansion.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage Independent Manufacturers’ Representative relationships, develop and train channel partners, build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and wholesalers, track and analyze sales KPIs, and execute structured territory sales plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or channel management with a proven record of revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and forecasting best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead partner ecosystems and manage multi-channel sales environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%
  • Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to perform in fast-paced, field-driven environments
